Orgone is etheric energy. It’s another name for the energy that is everywhere and embodies all things. Reiki energy, Prana, bio/electro-magnetic energy, and life force energy are all Orgone energy. The origin of Orgone energy study begins with the Austrian doctor of medicine and psychoanalyst, Dr. Wilhelm Reich, who was a student of Dr. Sigmund Freud. Dr. Reich thought that the libido essentially was a physical manifestation of bioenergy that could be harnessed and measured. He viewed it as a life-affirming and life-flowing force. He explored the connection between energy in the environment and Bioenergetics the study of energy flow through living systems. Reich argued that deficits or constrictions in bodily Orgone were at the root of many diseases, and could produce neuroses as defined in Freudian theory. Reich founded the Orgone Institute c. 1942 to pursue research into Orgone energy after he immigrated to the US in 1939, and used it to publish literature and distribute material relating to the topic for more than a decade. In the 1930s and 40s, Dr. Reich developed tools to detect and measure the existence of Orgone, measured using a modified Geiger counter.

In 1986, scientists at the University of Marburg in Germany published the results of a blind study which showed that 30-minute Orgone Accumulator treatments caused a consistent psychological effect. They published that their investigations displayed evidence for the assumption that the properties of Orgone Accumulators and its effect on humans exist and can be measured. There are also Orgone-irritating devices which disturb electro-magnetic fields such as fluorescent lights, television sets, microwave ovens, X-ray machines, and other devices containing radioactive. Radio broadcast towers, airport radars, and microwave telephone communications towers may also constitute hazards. It could either be in a life-beneficial positive form (Positive Orgone Energy), a harmful negative etheric energy form (Deadly Orgone Energy), or just plain neutral Orgone Energy. Dr. Reich labeled the positive energy POR and the negative energy DOR. He studied DOR within the larger environment and noted that areas where microwaves can be detected, DOR has an atmospheric expression as well, and when sufficiently widespread, is associated with altered atmospheric conditions, altered cloud formations, drought or desert conditions.

Dr. Reich determined that by stacking alternating layers of fiberglass which is an organic substance and steel wool an inorganic substance you could attract and collect Orgone energy of both positive and negative polarities. He began constructing a device that was able to successfully heal his patients of various ailments including various forms of cancer by having them sit inside the box for periods of time. The device is called an Accumulator Box. The box was known to attract and harness Orgone energy for several purposes. Some of his Accumulator boxes were as large as a room so that the patient sat within it. Others were small enough to hold an ones hand.

Orgonite refers to a composition that is made up of metal shavings such as brass or copper and suspended in polyester resin along with a range of various crystals such as quartz sands or quartz points. Orgonite is Orgone processing material. It converts Orgone from one state to another, and is also thought to release Orgone energy when stimulated by conventional forms of energy. Orgonite was first coined by Karl Welz in the 1980s. He is mostly credited as the one who made improvements on Dr. Reich’s Accumulator Box. The frequencies mimic natural earth resonance and promote the balancing of energies.

Orgonite Devices are typically made by hand and are made of resin, metals in powder and filings form, minerals, gems, and quartz. In the most basic form, orgonite consists of a 50/50 mix of organic (resin) and inorganic (metal shavings) materials. Orgone energy devices are intended to help harmonize bio-energy. They are said to have a positive and healthy effect on blood and body tissue and improves the flow of life-energy by releasing any energy blocks and DOE a person may have. Orgonite Devises are also personal EMF protection devices that can help shield from the harmful side effects that come alongside electromagnetic radiation. However, this isn't their biggest benefit. Their main function is bio-energy healing. They may also help heal and improve spiritual and physical health through improved POE.

Moldavite is a deep green, Tektite Crystal created from a meteor collision with mother Earth 14.8 million years ago, over the Moldau River Valley in the Czech Republic. Found only in the Czech Republic, these green gems are among the rarest minerals on Earth, rarer than diamonds. (And the source will eventually run out). Most meteorites that hit the Earth are forms of iron ore and metal minerals. Moldavite is unique for being a Tektite Crystal.

Prized by humans for thousands of years, Moldavite Crystals were given as gifts from royalty to royalty, often set as jewelry to wear. It is associated with the legendary Stone of the Holy Grail. Robert Sardello, in Love and the Soul, notes, “…I am never without my Moldavite. It feels like carrying the Grail… In the darkest of times there is the brightest of light. It comes from within. This stone awakens the interior Light of the heart.” It is a talisman for the healing of the Earth and having the power to accelerate one's inner growth and spiritual evolution. Even those not usually sensitive to the energies of stones, often feel the energy of Moldavite because it's undeniably powerful, heart chakra energy. The green crystal is found in a raw, amorphous stone, and is also available as a cut and polished stone. Faceted Moldavite, some say, can have an intensified energy that is created by the cutting process. For others, raw cuts are preferable.

In Robert Simmons and Katy Warner’s book Moldavite: Starborn Stone of Transformation, note, “Moldavite is a great tool for awakening yourself to the grand cosmic scheme of things, Moldavite causes rapid change, Once the ball rolls there is no stopping it…When there is a fairly open channel in a person’s whole system, the energy of Moldavite is often felt at the heart, third eye, and crown chakras, but this can vary with the individual and over time as well. The solar plexis is also a major activation point in some individuals.” They suggest in their writing that where one wears the crystal matters little if it is within the aura of the body. “It is our feeling that Moldavite is powerful enough to affect the whole system, wherever it is worn or carried.” For meditation it is often placed over the chakra that one wants to open or heal. Or it can be used as an energy poultice, placed on the skin or used with spring water.

Ramana Maharshi (1879 – 1950) was a Hindu sage and jivanmukta. Ramana Maharshi’s teachings emphasize the personal experience of self-realization.

Ramana Maharshi was born Venkataraman Iyer, but is mostly known by the name Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi. From 1922 until his death in 1950 Ramana lived in Sri Ramanasramam, the ashram that developed near his mother's tomb. In 1931 a biography of Ramana Maharshi, Self Realisation: The Life and Teachings of Ramana Maharshi, written by B. V. Narasimha, was published. Ramana Maharshi then became relatively well known in and out of India. Paul Brunton, having first visited Ramana Maharshi in January 1931 and published the book, A Search in Secret India in 1935. In this book he describes how he was compelled by the Paramacharya of Kanchi to meet Ramana Maharshi and the effect his meeting had on him. The book was a best-seller, and introduced Ramana Maharshi to a wider audience. Resulting visitors included Paramahansa Yogananda, author Somerset Maugham, Mercedes de Acosta and Arthur Osborne. Osborne was the first editor of Mountain Path in 1964, the magazine published by Ramanasramam.

Since the 1930s his teachings have been popularized in the West, resulting in his worldwide recognition as an enlightened being. Ramana Maharshi emphasized the personal experience of self-realization, instead of philosophical argumentation and the study of scripture. He was a charismatic person who attracted many devotees, some of whom saw him as an avatar and the embodiment of Shiva. Ramana Maharshi also provided an example by his own devotion to Shiva, which has been extensively described by his devotees, such as walks around the holy hill Arunachala, in which devotees participated, and his hymns to Arunachala.
